Job Responsibilities
As a Document Verificator, you will be the gatekeeper of data accuracy. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that every document and piece of data submitted by our partners meets the company’s strict requirements and validity standards. Your daily tasks will include:
- Verifying the validity and authenticity of all data and documents submitted by driver partners to ensure compliance with established requirements.
- Conducting thorough checks on submitted documents to confirm their legitimacy and detect any potential discrepancies or fraud.
- Ensuring that all data entry and document processing align with the company’s verification protocols.
- Compiling and submitting detailed daily reports regarding verification activities and findings.
- Collaborating with relevant departments to resolve any issues regarding document validity.
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy while working under pressure to meet daily verification targets.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, communicative, and ready to work in a dynamic shift environment.
- Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (D4/S1).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar role.
- Specific Experience: Proven experience as a Verificator, Credit Analyst, or Admin Analyst is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Drive, Meet) as well as Zoom.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, high attention to detail, and a strong commitment to working towards targets.
- Availability: Willing to work in a shifting schedule. This includes day shifts (no weekends off) and hour shifts (Shift 1: 09:00 – 18:00 WIB, Shift 2: 11:00 – 20:00 WIB).
- Skills: Strong understanding of credit principles, data verification, document verification, and the use of data verification tools.
