Job Responsibilities
As a Dental Nurse at PT Audy Mandiri Indonesia, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the dental clinic. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting dentists during dental procedures and examinations to ensure efficient and safe patient care
- Preparing and organizing dental instruments, materials, and equipment before each treatment session
- Performing sterilization of dental instruments and materials in accordance with established hygiene and safety standards
- Managing inventory of dental tools, materials, and supplies, including monitoring stock levels and reporting needs for restocking
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic clinical environment at all times
- Communicating effectively with patients to help them feel comfortable and informed before, during, and after procedures
- Supporting the dental team with administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Ensuring compliance with all clinic protocols, infection control measures, and safety regulations
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this Dental Nurse position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum education: D3 or D4 degree in Dental Nursing or a related field
- At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience as a dental nurse or dental assistant
- Proven ability to assist dentists during various dental procedures
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in dental instrument sterilization techniques
- Experience managing clinical inventory, including dental tools and materials
