Job Responsibilities
As a Dental Assistant at Fenny Dental, you will be responsible for supporting both the clinical and administrative aspects of the practice. Your daily tasks will include:
- Assisting the dentist during examinations and dental procedures
- Preparing and sterilizing dental instruments and equipment
- Ensuring the treatment room is clean, organized, and ready for each patient
- Welcoming patients and helping them feel at ease before and during treatment
- Managing patient records and basic data entry using a laptop
- Maintaining an organized and tidy workspace at all times
- Communicating effectively with patients, dentists, and other team members
- Following health and safety standards to maintain a hygienic clinical environment
Requirements and Qualifications
We welcome both experienced candidates and fresh graduates who are eager to learn. To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum D3/D4 education in Nursing or Dental and Oral Therapy
- Female candidates preferred, as specified for this position
- No prior experience required — both experienced and inexperienced applicants are welcome
- Comfortable using a laptop for basic administrative tasks
- Willing to learn and adapt to new procedures and workflows
- Honest, meticulous, and well-organized in daily work
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Available to work Monday to Friday from 16:00 to 20:00 (or until the last patient is served)
- Available to work Saturday from 09:00 to 14:00 (or until the last patient is served)
Work Schedule and Environment
This position follows a Monday to Saturday work week. Weekday shifts run from 16:00 to 20:00, or until all patients have been attended to, while Saturday shifts run from 09:00 to 14:00. This schedule is well suited to candidates seeking afternoon and weekend work in a clinical setting.
