éL Hotel & Resort Bali – Sanur is currently looking for a reliable and service-oriented Daily Worker Order Taker to join its food and beverage team in Sanur, Bali. As an Order Taker, you will play a key role in ensuring that guest orders are received accurately, communicated clearly to the kitchen and service teams, and delivered promptly to create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
Job Responsibilities
As a Daily Worker Order Taker, you will be the first point of contact for guests placing food and beverage orders, whether by phone, in person, or through in-room dining requests. Your ability to listen carefully, record orders accurately, and coordinate with other departments will directly influence guest satisfaction.
- Receive and record food and beverage orders from guests accurately and efficiently
- Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery
- Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to all guests at all times
- Answer guest questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and availability
- Coordinate with the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Kitchen teams when necessary to fulfill guest requests
- Ensure order tickets and records are handled neatly and according to hotel standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the working area
- Follow all hotel service standards, safety procedures, and hygiene regulations
- Support other operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor or department head
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have a solid hospitality background and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service. The following qualifications are expected:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position
- Minimum education: Senior High School or equivalent; a hospitality background is preferred
- Diploma (D3/D4) education is an advantage
- Relevant experience in hotel operational departments is a plus, such as Housekeeping, F&B Service, Kitchen, or Front Office
- Honest, disciplined, responsible, and eager to learn
- Well-groomed, clean, and professional appearance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Open to all genders
- Able to join on short notice is a plus
