KOPERASI BERSAMA ASTHA GUNA SEJAHTERA is currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Credit Marketing Officer to join our team in Lampung Selatan. As a Credit Marketing Officer, you will play a vital role in driving the company’s sales performance by actively promoting credit products, canvassing potential customers, and ensuring that all sales activities align with the company’s targets and standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform sales activities for the company’s credit products and services.
- Conduct canvassing activities to achieve the sales targets set by the company.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers as part of efforts to meet sales targets.
- Conduct surveys and analyze customer eligibility for credit applications.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
- Identify potential market opportunities within the Lampung Selatan area to expand the customer base.
- Provide accurate information to prospective customers regarding credit products, terms, and requirements.
- Follow up on leads and prospective customers in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 39 years old.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in the credit or financing industry.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in assessing customer eligibility and creditworthiness.
- Must own a two-wheeled vehicle (motorcycle).
- Must possess a valid SIM C (motorcycle driver’s license).
- Experience in banking or credit product marketing is highly preferred.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and changing market conditions.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
Work Schedule
The working days for this position are Monday through Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 16:00. Candidates should be prepared to work in a field-based environment, meeting customers and conducting surveys across the Lampung Selatan area.
