Job Responsibilities
As the Creative Content Team Lead at DB Media Indonesia, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire creative content production process, from planning to publishing. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Developing weekly and monthly content strategies based on brand objectives and ongoing campaigns
- Leading and directing the creative and design team, including editors, copywriters, product teams, and talents
- Generating creative ideas for promotional, educational, and entertainment content
- Reviewing and proofreading all content before publishing to ensure it meets design and quality standards
- Supporting the team and ensuring that team targets are achieved on time
- Ensuring that creative content such as captions, scripts, and copywriting aligns with the brand’s vision and goals
- Preparing monthly reports covering team activities, content performance, and strategic recommendations
- Maintaining and organizing content archives for documentation and future reference purposes
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this Creative Content Team Lead position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (high school level)
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in content creation, creative team coordination, or a similar role
- Open to all genders
- Strong understanding of cultural and artistic trends, with the ability to follow and adapt to evolving creative landscapes
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a creative team toward shared goals
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple content projects simultaneously

Work Schedule and Environment
This is a full-time position with working days from Monday to Saturday, and working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. The role is based at DB Media Indonesia and involves close collaboration with the creative, design, and production teams.
