Master Racing grup is looking for a Creative Content Creator to join our team and take full ownership of short-form video content that reaches the For You Page (FYP) consistently. This role is ideal for a creator who treats content like a performance engine: someone who understands the algorithm, reads the data, and produces fresh material every single day. Job Responsibilities
As a Creative Content Creator, your primary mission is to produce content that consistently earns FYP placement and hits measurable targets. You will be responsible for the full content pipeline, from research to evaluation, on a daily basis.
- Consistently produce FYP-oriented content, with performance judged by real numbers rather than intentions.
- Take responsibility for view targets and FYP rate, including benchmarks such as 5,000–30,000 views per content piece and an FYP rate of 30%–50% of total uploads (targets may adjust based on business needs).
- Produce content every day across multiple formats: soft selling, hard selling, entertainment content, and relatable content.
- Conduct daily trend research covering sounds, formats, angles, and hooks.
- Craft hooks that capture attention within the first 3 seconds.
- Manage the complete workflow: concept, script, shooting, editing, uploading, and evaluation.
- Treat underperforming content as a reason to redo and improve, not as an excuse.
- Evaluate performance daily and weekly based on data.
- Work under target pressure with fast revisions and quick turnaround times.
Requirements and Qualifications
We value proven ability over formal education. Formal education is not a priority for this role; what matters is your portfolio, your understanding of the algorithm, and your track record with real numbers.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/equivalent (formal education is not the main consideration).
- Open to all genders.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation or a related field.
- Must provide evidence of FYP content (personal account, brand, or client work).
- Solid understanding of platform algorithms, not guesswork.
- Accustomed to working with real numeric targets.
- Able to create soft selling content that promotes without appearing to sell, as well as direct hard selling content.
- Able to produce entertainment content and relatable content with emotional or problem-solution angles.
- Fast and clean video editing skills using tools such as CapCut or VN.
- Resilient mindset: able to stay composed when views drop and not take feedback personally.
- Open to being corrected, evaluated, and held accountable for results.
- Video content editing skills are required.
Work Schedule and Environment
This is a demanding, high-tempo role suited to creators who thrive on deadlines and daily output. You will work Monday through Sunday, from 08:00 to 17:00, in an environment that prioritizes speed, quick revisions, and measurable results. Expect regular performance reviews based on data, direct feedback, and a strong emphasis on continuous improvement.
