Job Responsibilities
As a Course Teacher at Kursus Bagus, you will play a key role in helping students develop academic skills, creativity, and confidence. Your daily responsibilities may include:
- Teaching one or more subjects, such as Mandarin, English, Mathematics, Calistung (reading, writing, and counting), Drawing, Clay, Scratch, Robotics, Typing, or DIY Handcrafting.
- Preparing lesson plans and learning materials that are engaging, age-appropriate, and aligned with the curriculum.
- Delivering lessons in a fun, interactive, and supportive manner that encourages student participation.
- Monitoring and evaluating student progress, and providing feedback to parents or guardians when needed.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and positive learning environment.
- Collaborating with fellow teachers and staff to improve teaching methods and course quality.
- Managing classroom behavior patiently and fostering a love of learning among students.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1). Applicants are required to attach their diploma and academic transcript.
- At least 1 year of experience as a teacher or tutor.
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Ability to teach multiple subjects is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Diligent, patient, and genuinely fond of children.
- Relevant skills in crafts, English proficiency, Mandarin proficiency, mathematics, or programming will be an advantage.

Work Schedule
Working days will be informed further during the recruitment process. Working hours are from 09:00 to 18:00.
