Job Responsibilities
As a courier, you will be the face of the delivery service for customers in Sampang and the surrounding areas. Your main role is to make sure every package reaches the right recipient safely, on time, and in good condition. Daily tasks typically include:
- Picking up parcels from the branch or distribution point at the start of the shift.
- Sorting and checking packages against delivery manifests before leaving for the route.
- Delivering packages to customer addresses within the assigned area in Sampang.
- Collecting cash-on-delivery (COD) payments when required and recording them accurately.
- Obtaining proof of delivery, such as signatures or digital confirmation through the courier app.
- Handling returned or undelivered packages according to company procedures.

- Keeping the assigned vehicle and delivery equipment in good, clean condition.
Requirements and Qualifications

- Age between 19 and 40 years old.
- Minimum education of SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Own a personal vehicle (motorcycle) for daily delivery routes.

- Ability to adapt quickly to new routes, schedules, and working conditions.
