Yayasan Solo Peduli is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to lead the operations of its healthcare facilities, Klinik Solopeduli and Klinik Ummat Solopeduli. Job Responsibilities
As the Clinic Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing the overall operations of the clinic, ensuring that both medical services and administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of Klinik Solopeduli and Klinik Ummat Solopeduli, including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow.
- Supervising medical and non-medical staff to maintain high standards of patient care and service quality.
- Developing and implementing clinic policies and procedures in line with healthcare regulations and organizational values.
- Monitoring clinic performance through data analysis and preparing regular operational reports for the foundation’s management.
- Handling negotiations with suppliers, partners, and external stakeholders to support clinic needs.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, as well as ethical and religious guidelines upheld by the foundation.
- Managing budgets, inventory, and resources to optimize clinic efficiency and sustainability.
- Building strong interpersonal relationships with staff, patients, and the surrounding community.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Muslim or Muslimah, with a maximum age of 40 years.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Medicine or a Medical Profession program.
- At least 2 years of experience in management, specifically in a clinic or hospital setting.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Non-smoker, with a character defined by honesty, trustworthiness, responsibility, agility, and discipline.
- Willing to be entrusted with the role of Clinic Manager at Klinik Solopeduli and Klinik Ummat Solopeduli.
- Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree (S1).
- Open to all genders.
Work Schedule and Environment
This is a full-time position with working days from Monday to Saturday, and working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage a dynamic clinical environment while upholding the foundation’s commitment to compassionate and ethical healthcare. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals and support staff who share a common mission of serving the community.
What We Offer
Yayasan Solo Peduli offers a competitive salary ranging from IDR 2,300,000 to IDR 7,000,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
