PT Hamengku Karya is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Supervisor to join our construction team. As a Civil Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing daily site operations, coordinating between field workers and project management, and ensuring that all civil, structural, and architectural work is carried out according to plan and specification.
Job Responsibilities
As a Civil Supervisor at PT Hamengku Karya, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. Your daily duties will include:
- Supervising and coordinating daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is carried out according to project plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinating effectively between mandors (foremen) and field workers to maintain a smooth workflow and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
- Reviewing and interpreting civil, structural, and architectural drawings to ensure accurate implementation in the field.
- Preparing and maintaining daily reports, weekly plans, and monthly progress reports as part of project administration.
- Using AutoCAD to review, modify, and produce architectural and technical drawings as needed.
- Monitoring the quality of workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with project standards and safety regulations.
- Communicating project progress, challenges, and recommendations to project management and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring that all site activities comply with company policies, safety procedures, and applicable construction regulations.
- Working both independently and as part of a team to achieve project milestones and targets.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this Civil Supervisor position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Male candidates only, as per the job requirement.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in civil construction or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering work, including structural and architectural aspects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to read and produce architectural drawings.
- Solid understanding of coordination flow between mandors and field operations.
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
- Competent in construction administration, including daily reports, weekly plans, and monthly reports.
- Effective communication skills, particularly in dealing with clients and project stakeholders.
- English language proficiency is an advantage.
Work Schedule and Environment
This position follows a Monday to Friday work schedule from 08:00 to 17:00. As a Civil Supervisor, you will spend a significant portion of your time on active construction sites, working closely with field teams, mandors, and project managers. The role requires a hands-on approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced construction environment.
What We Offer
PT Hamengku Karya offers a competitive salary range of IDR 2,500,000 to IDR 6,600,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
