We are currently opening an opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Officer for our Demak branch. Job Responsibilities
As a Business Development Officer at our Demak branch, you will play a key role in driving the growth of the company through member acquisition, financing distribution, and relationship management. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and approaching potential members and customers within the Demak area to introduce BMT YAUMMI MAS products and services.
- Marketing savings, financing, and other sharia-compliant products to individuals, small business owners, and local communities.
- Conducting field visits to prospective and existing members, including surveys and initial assessments of financing applications.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with members, partners, and local community figures to support business growth.
- Supporting the financing process, from application submission to monitoring and collection in accordance with company procedures.
- Preparing simple activity reports and documenting daily marketing and visitation results.
- Collaborating with the branch team to achieve monthly and annual targets set by management.
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications and are committed to working with integrity and professionalism:
- Male candidates only, in accordance with the operational needs of this position.
- Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Able to read the Al-Qur’an.
- Honest, trustworthy, and responsible in carrying out duties.
- Must possess a valid SIM C (motorcycle driving license) and own a motorcycle for field mobility.
- No prior work experience is required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with various levels of society.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiar with the Demak area and surrounding regions is an advantage.
