Job Responsibilities
As a Barista at Kurisucoffee, you will play a key role in delivering a welcoming experience for every customer. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and beverages according to company standards
- Operating coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar, workstations, and seating areas
- Greeting customers warmly and providing friendly, efficient service
- Taking customer orders accurately and handling cash or payment transactions responsibly
- Restocking supplies and ingredients as needed during shifts
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Following health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are reliable, personable, and passionate about coffee and customer service. To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following qualifications:
- Male or female, at least 18 years old
- Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Presentable and neat appearance
- Honest, polite, and friendly with a positive attitude
- Diligent and willing to learn new skills
- Able to work effectively within a team
- Experience in the café or coffee shop industry is preferred
- Ability to communicate in English
- Barista skills and knowledge of coffee preparation are an advantage
Work Schedule
This position follows a Monday to Saturday work schedule, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. Candidates should be available to work consistently during these hours and be prepared to handle busy periods in the café.
