Job Responsibilities
As an Agency Relationship Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our financing business by developing and managing relationships with Business Agents (BA) who refer potential customers. Your main responsibilities include:
- Identifying and recruiting Business Agents (third parties) who can provide referrals for financing applications secured by vehicle BPKB (cars or motorcycles).
- Actively seeking potential customers who need financing with BPKB car or motorcycle collateral through the Business Agent network.
- Maintaining strong, positive working relationships with recruited Business Agents to increase their loyalty and long-term engagement.
- Monitoring and supporting Business Agents to ensure a steady flow of quality referrals and applications.
- Communicating company products, policies, and promotional programs clearly to Business Agents.
- Coordinating with internal branch teams to ensure smooth processing of referred applications.
- Reporting on Business Agent performance and market conditions to branch management.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Maximum age of 35 years old.
- Minimum education of D3 (Diploma) or D4 in any major.
- Open to fresh graduates with no prior work experience.
- Owns a motorcycle as a means of transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Domiciled in the Kepulauan Sangihe area.
