Job Responsibilities
As an Agency Relations Officer, you will play a key role in expanding BFI Finance’s marketing network by recruiting and managing agents and freelancers who help promote the company’s products. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Developing and expanding the marketing network by recruiting agents and freelancers who can help market BFI Finance products.
- Coaching and assisting agents in developing effective marketing strategies to increase their contribution, productivity, and loyalty.
- Maintaining good working relationships with all recruited agents to strengthen their loyalty and long-term engagement.
- Executing the work plans that have been set by the company and preparing progress reports as well as daily activity results.
- Acting as a liaison between the company and agents, ensuring clear communication of company policies, targets, and product information.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum education of D3 or D4 in any major.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with experience in a similar field are preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and expand a wide professional network.
- Ability to maintain good relationships with partners, agents, and business relations.
- Owns a personal vehicle and holds an active SIM C (motorcycle driving license).
- Open to all genders.

This position offers a competitive salary range of IDR 1,500,000 to IDR 5,000,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
