The Account Officer role is a service-based position that requires active fieldwork. You will be responsible for finding potential partners, forming productive groups, and ensuring that each partner’s business runs well. This position is perfect for individuals who are communicative, have strong marketing skills, and possess problem-solving abilities. Job Responsibilities
- Seeking potential partners consisting of middle-to-lower income women who want to start or expand their own businesses.
- Forming productive groups consisting of 10 women from middle-to-lower income backgrounds.
- Providing business capital loans to partners.
- Coaching and mentoring partners to ensure their businesses run smoothly and successfully.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with all partners.
- Collecting installment payments from partners by organizing meetings every two weeks.
Job Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK/Equivalent (High School or Vocational School).
- Age: Maximum 32 years old.
- Gender: All genders are welcome to apply.
- Experience: Minimum 0 years (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Skills: Communicative thinking, marketing skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in the field and be placed according to domicile in West Java.
- Working days: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
