Job Responsibilities

• Prepare daily operational needs of the store according to established procedures and checklists to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Serve customers and take orders both offline and online, ensuring accuracy and prompt service.
• Prepare and present food and beverages to customers with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Maintain the cleanliness of operational equipment and the work environment to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
• Take responsibility for technical activities within the coffee shop, including equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment with proficiency and care.
• Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and report restocking needs to the supervisor.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash register management.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and efficient working atmosphere.
• Stay updated on new coffee trends, brewing techniques, and menu items to enhance service quality.

Job Requirements

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) from a reputable institution.
• Gender: Female.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong barista skills, including espresso preparation, milk steaming, and latte art.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Basic knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and coffee shop operations.
