You will be working within a structured schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 17:00. Job Responsibilities
As a Motorcycle Field Collector, your primary objective is to manage the collection of installment payments from customers who have overdue accounts. Your daily activities will involve direct interaction with consumers in the Bagan Batu area. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular billing activities by visiting consumer locations to collect due or overdue installment payments for motorcycle financing.
- Assisting consumers in processing the settlement of arrears and negotiating payment schedules that align with company policies and the customer’s financial capabilities.
- Monitoring customer accounts and maintaining accurate records of all collection activities and payment statuses.
- Providing excellent customer service while firmly reminding customers of their contractual obligations to minimize delinquency rates.
- Reporting daily collection results and field findings to the supervisor or branch head.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with customers to ensure long-term cooperation and retention.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet specific criteria and possess the right attitude for field collection work. We are looking for individuals who are physically fit, mentally tough, and highly honest.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Maximum 40 years old.
- Gender: Male (due to the nature of field work and security requirements).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but experience in a multi-finance company or motor vehicle financing is highly preferred.
- Mandatory Documents: Must possess a valid Motorcycle Driving License (SIM C) and own a personal motorcycle for daily field mobility.
- Skills: Strong debt collection process knowledge, excellent communication skills, and persuasive communication abilities.
- Personal Attributes: Disciplined, honest, possesses good manners (etiquette), and is not easily discouraged by challenges.
- Target Oriented: Highly motivated to achieve collection targets and performance goals.
