Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Promotion Girl, you will act as the face of PT Hartaka Arga Nirwana in retail and promotional settings. Your primary focus will be driving product awareness, engaging shoppers, and supporting overall store sales targets. Typical day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers warmly and approaching potential buyers in a professional, friendly manner.
- Promoting and demonstrating company products to increase customer interest and drive sales.
- Explaining product features, benefits, and promotions clearly and accurately.
- Handling customer questions, objections, and basic complaints with patience and a service-oriented attitude.
- Maintaining attractive and organized product displays in line with company standards.
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or damaged items to the supervisor.
- Recording daily sales activities and reporting results to the sales coordinator or store manager.
- Supporting store management tasks, including basic inventory checks and display resets.
- Collaborating with the wider sales team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Maintaining a neat, clean, and professional personal appearance at all times.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Female candidates only, as required by the operational needs of this role.
- Maximum age of 35 years old.
- Minimum education level of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales promotion, retail sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with store management systems and basic sales reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to approach customers proactively.
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed appearance, and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work a fixed schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 17:00.
- Target-oriented mindset with the stamina to stand and engage with customers for extended periods.
