Job Responsibilities
As a Motor Surveyor, your primary responsibility is to conduct thorough field verifications and provide reliable data to support the credit committee’s decision-making process. Your daily tasks will include:
- Conducting visits and surveys to prospective customers’ homes, businesses, and surrounding neighborhoods.
- Verifying customer data and documents against actual field conditions to ensure accuracy and authenticity.
- Preparing and submitting detailed survey reports to supervisors and managers for credit committee review.
- Providing credit recommendations based on the validation of customer data and documents.
- Maintaining professional communication with customers during field visits while upholding the company’s standards and reputation.
- Ensuring all survey activities are completed within the designated timeframes and in accordance with company policies.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) from any major.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience. Candidates with prior experience as a Surveyor in a financial or financing company are strongly preferred.
- Age: No maximum age limit; all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Gender: All genders are welcome to apply.
- Transportation: Must own a motorcycle and possess a valid SIM C (motorcycle driver’s license).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Residency: Must be domiciled in the Sidoarjo City area.
Work Environment and Schedule
This position involves extensive fieldwork, requiring you to travel within the Sidoarjo area to conduct surveys and meet with prospective customers. The standard working hours are from 08:00 to 17:00. Working days will be further discussed during the interview process. You will collaborate closely with supervisors and managers, contributing directly to the credit evaluation process.
