Job Responsibilities
- Market vehicle financing products directly to prospective customers and through phone-based outreach.
- Manage and optimize available distribution channels to generate new financing applications.
- Conduct surveys and assessments of potential consumers to evaluate financing eligibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the branch and company management.
- Ensure all documentation and financing processes comply with company policies and regulations.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding financing schemes, terms, and requirements.
- Report sales activities and results to the branch supervisor on a regular basis.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) in any major from an accredited institution.
- Maximum age of 30 years old.
- Male candidates preferred, as specified for this placement.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Open to fresh graduates who demonstrate strong sales potential and willingness to learn.
- Understanding of the multifinance business process and a strong target-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with solid negotiation abilities.
- High integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Sales management skills, sales-oriented mindset, selling ability, and understanding of sales targets.
- Willing to be placed at the Adira Finance branch according to domicile, specifically in Bangkinang (Teuku Umar).
Work Schedule and Environment
This position follows a Monday to Saturday work schedule from 08:00 to 16:00. As a Relationship Officer, you will divide your time between field marketing activities, phone-based customer outreach, and branch-based administrative tasks. The role requires a proactive attitude, the ability to work independently, and close collaboration with the branch team to meet collective sales goals.
