Job Responsibilities
As a Depot Sales Head, you will play a critical role in overseeing sales operations across multiple depots within your assigned region. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that sales targets are met and that all depot activities align with the company’s overall sales strategy. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and supervising branch salesmen within your designated area of responsibility to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company standards.
- Assisting the Regional Sales Manager in the successful execution and achievement of sales programs and initiatives.
- Overseeing the implementation of sales programs at each depot to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Supervising the collection results from salesman sales to maintain healthy cash flow and minimize outstanding receivables.
- Handling and resolving operational problems that arise at each depot in a timely and effective manner.
- Analyzing sales data and providing direction to ensure the achievement of target breakdowns for each regional area.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Managing time effectively to prioritize tasks and consistently meet predetermined targets.
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who combines strong analytical skills with excellent leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major from an accredited university.
- Age between 25 and 35 years old.
- Possession of a valid SIM C and SIM A driver’s license.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing or a minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Experience in the FMCG distribution sector is highly preferred.
- Strong managerial skills with prior experience leading a team.
- Experience in managing distribution warehouse operations is an advantage.
- Accustomed to working with targets, persistent, and enjoys challenges.
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willing to be placed outside of town or in other cities if required.
- Strong marketing analysis, marketing communication, and marketing skills.
