Bimbel Maybe Bojonegoro is currently seeking a dedicated Mathematics Tutor (High School) to join our tutoring team in Bojonegoro. Job Responsibilities
As a Mathematics Tutor, your primary responsibility is to deliver effective and engaging mathematics instruction to students across various grade levels, with a particular focus on high school students. You will be expected to:
- Teach mathematics subjects to students ranging from kindergarten through high school (TK, SD, SMP, and SMA levels)
- Develop and implement creative learning methods that suit each student’s needs and learning style
- Travel to students’ locations to conduct tutoring sessions as required
- Prepare lesson materials and practice problems that align with the students’ curriculum
- Monitor and evaluate student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback
- Maintain a positive, motivating, and disciplined learning atmosphere
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student development
- Manage class schedules efficiently across Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about education and committed to helping students succeed. The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (high school diploma)
- Open to university students, fresh graduates, or degree holders (Sarjana)
- At least 1 year of teaching experience
- Female candidates are preferred
- Must not hold any other employment contract
- Strong mastery of mathematics subjects across TK, SD, SMP, and SMA levels
- Honest, committed, and meticulous (jujur, komitmen, telaten)
- Willing to travel to students’ locations for teaching sessions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop effective learning methods and teaching skills
- Solid understanding of educational principles and practices
