Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Promotion Girl, you will be the face of PT Special Metals Indonesia at the Jakarta International Expo. Your main responsibility is to attract visitors, distribute brochures, and communicate basic information about the company’s products and services in a clear and engaging manner.
- Distribute brochures and promotional materials to visitors at the exhibition area
- Explain basic product or service information to local and international visitors
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner
- Answer simple questions and direct visitors to the appropriate representative when needed
- Support the sales and marketing team in achieving promotional targets during events
- Maintain a neat, professional appearance and uphold the company’s image at all times
- Assist with booth preparation, material handling, and daily activity reporting as required
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this freelance Sales Promotion Girl position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Female, aged 18 to 25 years old
- Minimum height of 155 cm with a proportional body weight
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Basic English communication skills (able to greet and assist international visitors)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, outgoing, and able to interact with both local and international guests
- No visible tattoos
- Not wearing a hijab (required for this particular assignment)
- Prior experience in sales promotion, exhibition, or customer service is an advantage, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to work on a freelance basis at Jakarta International Expo
Work Schedule and Placement
This position is based at the Jakarta International Expo, one of the busiest exhibition venues in Indonesia. The working days are from Tuesday to Saturday, with working hours from 11:00 to 18:00. Candidates should be punctual, reliable, and able to commit to the schedule during the assignment period.
