PT. Maybank Indonesia Finance is seeking a dedicated Collection Supervisor to join its team in Manado. Job Responsibilities
As a Collection Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the collection process for overdue accounts and ensuring that all field activities run smoothly and in compliance with company standards. Your daily duties will include:
- Handling and managing accounts with overdue status of 30 days or more (acc 30+), including follow-up actions and resolution strategies.
- Coordinating and executing the repossession of problematic vehicles in accordance with applicable regulations and company procedures.
- Supervising, monitoring, and controlling Field Collectors to ensure productivity, discipline, and adherence to collection guidelines.
- Reviewing collection reports and providing regular updates to management regarding account status and recovery progress.
- Conducting field visits when necessary to support the collection team and resolve escalated cases.
- Ensuring that all collection activities are carried out ethically and within the legal framework.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Male, with a maximum age of 45 years (preferably between 30 and 45 years old).
- Minimum education of D3 or D4 from an accredited institution.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar collection or field collection role, preferably in the financial services or multifinance industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations with customers.
- Proven leadership abilities to supervise and motivate a team of field collectors.
- Good understanding of collection regulations and repossession procedures in Indonesia.
- Willingness to work in Manado and travel within the surrounding area as needed.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.
Work Schedule and Environment
The working days for this position are Monday through Friday, with working hours from 08:30 to 17:30. You will be based in Manado and will spend a significant portion of your time coordinating field activities, which may require movement between office and field locations. The role demands a proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
