Job Responsibilities
As a Field Collector, your primary responsibility is to carry out debt collection activities in the field. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Visiting customers’ homes or business locations to collect outstanding debt payments.
- Communicating with customers regarding their payment obligations in a professional and respectful manner.
- Negotiating payment arrangements and following up on agreed settlement schedules.
- Documenting collection activities accurately and reporting results to supervisors.
- Maintaining good relationships with customers while ensuring company collection targets are met.
- Adhering to all company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations during collection activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this Field Collector position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 35 years old.

- Ability to perform debt collection processes (Proses Penagihan Utang).
- Willing to work in the field and travel within the assigned area.

Work Schedule and Environment
This position follows a six-day work week, from Monday to Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. As a field-based role, you will spend most of your time visiting customers in the Tapin area rather than working from a fixed office location. The role requires physical stamina, time management skills, and the ability to work independently while remaining accountable to your team and supervisors.
