PT Inti Medicom Retailindo is currently hiring a Warehouse Staff to join its warehouse and logistics team. This is a full-time, on-site position for candidates who have at least one year of hands-on experience in warehouse or logistics operations. The role offers a monthly salary between IDR 2,000,000 and IDR 2,300,000, with a work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 16:30. Job Responsibilities
- Receive and validate incoming goods delivered to the warehouse, checking quantities, conditions, and documentation against delivery records.
- Pack customer orders accurately and ensure every package is shipped on time and to the correct destination address.
- Manage stock levels and maintain up-to-date stock lists, including identifying items that are running low or close to empty.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and workplace safety regulations to keep the warehouse environment safe and organized.
- Support other warehouse management tasks as needed, such as organizing storage areas, assisting with stock counts, and helping with general warehouse operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (high school level).
- Maximum age: 30 years old.
- Gender: male, as required for this position.
- At least 1 year of work experience in a warehouse or logistics role is mandatory.
- Fast, accurate, and detail-oriented in daily tasks.
- Physically strong and accustomed to lifting and moving goods.
- Able to pack orders neatly and quickly.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, to support stock recording and reporting.
- Packing and packaging skills, with attention to product safety and presentation.
- Discipline, responsibility, and the ability to work well within a team.
