Job Responsibilities
As a Preschool and Kindergarten Teacher at Sekolah Danbi Bersinar, you will play a central role in delivering quality early childhood education. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons and learning activities for preschool and kindergarten students.
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment that supports children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Managing classroom behavior with patience and positive reinforcement strategies.
- Monitoring and documenting each student’s progress, and preparing simple reports for parents and school management.
- Communicating regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child’s development and daily activities.
- Collaborating with fellow teachers and school staff to develop teaching materials and improve learning outcomes.
- Maintaining classroom cleanliness, order, and safety at all times.
- Participating in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this teaching position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Male or female applicants are welcome (all genders).
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Education or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both with young children and with parents or colleagues.
- Ability to operate a computer and use basic office or educational software.
- Maximum age of 35 years old.
- Must attach a valid SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate) and a health certificate.
- Teaching skills development ability and a willingness to keep learning.
- Patience, creativity, responsibility, and a genuine love for working with young children.
Work Schedule and Environment
This position follows a Monday to Saturday work schedule, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. Teachers are expected to be present on time and prepared for each day’s activities.
