Daily Mix Coffee & Eatery is currently looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our back-of-house team as Kitchen Staff. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist in basic food preparation tasks such as washing, cutting, and portioning.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly, including stoves, fryers, blenders, and other tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area, utensils, and equipment at all times.
- Assist cooks and senior kitchen staff in plating and serving dishes according to standards.
- Ensure proper storage of food ingredients and monitor stock to avoid waste.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Not currently enrolled in any educational institution.
- Polite, diligent, honest, and responsible attitude.
- Owns a personal vehicle.
- High willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Willing to undergo training.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Working Schedule
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00
