Job Responsibilities
As a Live Host & Social Media Content Creator, you will be the face of our brand during live streaming sessions and across our social media platforms. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Hosting live streaming sessions on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok to promote products and engage with viewers.
- Planning, creating, and publishing creative social media content, including short videos, reels, and stories.
- Interacting with followers and customers during live sessions by answering questions and encouraging engagement.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop content ideas that align with ongoing campaigns and promotions.
- Maintaining a consistent posting schedule to keep audiences engaged and grow our online presence.
- Monitoring audience feedback and trends to improve future content and live sessions.
- Presenting products clearly and attractively to drive interest and sales.
Requirements and Qualifications
We welcome candidates from all backgrounds who are passionate about social media and live hosting. To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Male or female candidates are welcome to apply.
- Age between 18 and 27 years old.
- Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Communicative, honest, and genuinely motivated to work.
- Familiar with creating content for Instagram and TikTok.
- Presentable and attractive appearance, suitable for on-camera hosting.
- Strong speaking and communication skills.
What We Offer
This position comes with a competitive salary range of 2,500,000.00 to 4,300,000.00, reflecting the skills and dedication you bring to the role. You will have the chance to build your personal brand as a live host, gain hands-on experience in social media marketing, and grow within a dynamic and creative work environment. Working hours run from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Saturday, giving you a structured schedule while still allowing you to develop your content creation skills.
