Amartha is seeking a dedicated Business Partner Field Officer to join its growing team in the Kebumen area. This field-based role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working directly with communities, particularly micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) owners in rural areas. As a Business Partner Field Officer, you will play a key role in expanding access to financing for local entrepreneurs while supporting household economic development. The position offers a competitive monthly salary of IDR 3,500,000 to IDR 4,000,000, along with structured working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.
Job Responsibilities
As a Business Partner Field Officer, your daily activities will focus on community engagement, customer acquisition, and credit assessment. You will be the frontline representative of Amartha, building trust with potential and existing members.
- Identify and approach potential new customers to join Amartha’s programs, focusing on field sales and collection activities.
- Provide household economic assistance and guidance to service members, and deliver financing services for micro-enterprise credit to local rural MSME owners.
- Conduct surveys and feasibility analysis of financing applications in accordance with established systems, procedures, requirements, and financing policies.
- Provide recommendations to the financing committee based on field findings and analysis.
- Accompany and facilitate weekly member meetings and service transactions.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should be comfortable working in the field, interacting with diverse community members, and operating with integrity and discipline. The following qualifications are required:
- Male or female candidates are welcome to apply.
- Maximum age of 33 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Ability to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to work in the Kebumen area and its surrounding regions.
- Strong commitment to Amartha’s mission of improving household welfare.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools is an advantage.
