Job Responsibilities
As a Pharmacist at Madeena Skin Clinic, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe, effective, and responsible use of medications and skincare products within our clinic. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Dispensing and managing medications, skincare products, and other pharmaceutical supplies in accordance with applicable regulations and clinic protocols.
- Reviewing prescriptions and treatment plans to ensure accuracy, safety, and suitability for each patient.
- Providing clear information and consultation to patients regarding product usage, dosage, and potential side effects.
- Maintaining accurate records of pharmaceutical inventory, including stock monitoring, expiration tracking, and timely reordering.
- Collaborating with doctors, aestheticians, and other clinical staff to support integrated patient care.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and pharmacy regulations, including proper documentation and reporting.
- Delivering excellent customer service and building trust with patients through a professional and friendly approach.
- Supporting the clinic’s daily operations and contributing to a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Female candidates only, in accordance with the clinic’s operational requirements.
- Professional education background in Pharmacy (Pendidikan Profesi Apoteker).
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Possession of an active Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) is required.
- Professional appearance and a strong customer-oriented mindset.
- No prior experience in an aesthetic clinic is required — fresh graduates and candidates new to the aesthetic industry are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to be placed at Madeena Skin Clinic, Bumiayu Branch.
- Strong pharmaceutical knowledge and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position with the following working hours:
- Working days: Monday to Saturday
- Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00
