Genza Education Sawojajar is looking for a dedicated Indonesian Language Tutor to join its teaching team. Job Responsibilities
As an Indonesian Language Tutor, your primary responsibility is to deliver effective and engaging instruction that helps students improve their language abilities. You will be expected to plan lessons, manage the classroom, and adapt your teaching approach to meet the needs of different learners.
- Teach Indonesian language materials to students according to the established curriculum and learning objectives
- Develop and apply creative teaching methods that keep students engaged and motivated
- Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and supporting resources before each session
- Assess student progress through exercises, assignments, and evaluations, and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and supportive classroom atmosphere
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues regarding learning progress
- Manage teaching time effectively across the Monday to Saturday schedule, from 08:00 to 17:00
- Continuously improve teaching skills and stay updated on developments in language education
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications and demonstrate the right attitude and skills for a teaching role.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1); candidates currently in at least their fifth semester are also welcome to apply
- Male or female applicants are welcome (all genders)
- Experience as a teacher or tutor is preferred
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Good attitude, communicative, and genuinely enjoys working with children
- Flexible with working time and able to adapt to scheduling needs
- Understanding of educational principles and student development
- Ability to develop learning methods and improve teaching skills
