Job Responsibilities
As a Remedial Officer (Collection), you will play a key role in maintaining the company’s cash flow by ensuring overdue accounts are handled properly and on time. Your main duties include:
- Managing and taking responsibility for the timely execution of collection activities on overdue accounts receivable (A/R Overdue).
- Contacting customers with outstanding payments through phone calls, messages, and field visits when necessary.
- Negotiating repayment schedules and settlement options with customers in a professional and respectful manner.
- Monitoring payment commitments and following up on agreed arrangements until accounts are settled.
- Documenting all collection activities accurately and reporting progress to supervisors on a regular basis.
- Coordinating with related departments to resolve payment issues and minimize delinquency rates.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent; a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major is preferred.
- Open to fresh graduates with no prior work experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in the same field is an added advantage.
- Maximum age of 29 years old.
- Open to all genders.
- Understanding of the multifinance business process and a strong orientation toward targets.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrates integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Willing to be placed at an Adira branch office according to the candidate’s domicile.
Work Schedule and Placement
This position follows a Monday to Saturday work schedule, from 08:00 to 16:00. The successful candidate will be placed at an Adira Finance branch office in accordance with their domicile, with the primary area of coverage being Pondok Indah and the wider Jabodetabekser region. This setup allows officers to work close to their community while serving customers effectively.
