This full-time position offers a competitive salary between IDR 3,500,000 and IDR 4,000,000 per month, along with the chance to grow professionally within a dynamic organization. The role follows a Monday to Friday work schedule from 09:00 to 17:00, providing a stable and structured working environment for candidates who value work-life balance.
Job Responsibilities
As the Branch Operations Manager, you will serve as the primary leader of the clinic branch, overseeing both operational performance and staff development. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising all operational activities of the clinic branch to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
- Conducting regular performance evaluations of the clinic branch, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Building and maintaining effective communication with external parties, including the local health department (dinas kesehatan) and other relevant partners.
- Monitoring staff performance, providing constructive assessments, and offering recommendations for professional development and career growth.
- Submitting requests for staff recruitment or training programs based on operational needs and branch development plans.
- Ensuring that all branch operations align with company policies, industry regulations, and service quality standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this Branch Operations Manager position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in operations management, preferably within a clinic, healthcare facility, or similar service industry.
