Job Responsibilities
As a Production Operator at UD Gunung Arto, your daily tasks will revolve around operating and maintaining production equipment, with a strong emphasis on electrical and mechanical systems. You will be expected to:
- Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical systems, particularly three-phase electrical installations.
- Carry out electric welding tasks as required for production and repair work.
- Monitor production processes to ensure consistent quality and output.
- Identify and report any technical issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and operational guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this Production Operator role, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Male candidate.
- Minimum education: SMK (Vocational High School) majoring in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. A D3/D4 degree is preferred.
- Proven ability to work with three-phase electrical systems.
- Competence in electric welding.
- Relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an advantage, though fresh graduates with strong practical skills are welcome to apply.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible work ethic.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong performance record and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills, both spoken and written.
Work Schedule and Environment
This position follows a Monday to Saturday work schedule, from 08:00 to 17:00. The work environment is a dynamic production floor where safety, teamwork, and efficiency are highly valued. You will work with a variety of machinery and tools, and you will be expected to adhere to all safety protocols. The role may require physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
