Hijoo Salad is currently hiring a Daily Worker to support its daily kitchen operations. Job Responsibilities
As a Daily Worker at Hijoo Salad, you will play a key role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly and ensuring that every dish is prepared to standard. Your daily tasks will include:
- Assisting with food preparation, including cutting, washing, and preparing ingredients and seasonings.
- Carrying out cooking processes or assisting the chef according to instructions.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and work area.
- Helping with food packing when needed.
- Performing other tasks related to daily kitchen operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Age between 18 and 27 years old.
- Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Honest, diligent, and responsible.
- Prior experience in the F&B industry of at least 6 months is preferred.
- Able to work in a team with a shift system.
- Owns a personal vehicle.
- Available to join as soon as possible.

Work Schedule and Compensation

- Trial period pay: Rp 100,000 per day.
- Pay after passing the trial: Rp 125,000 per day.
- Payment schedule: Salaries are paid every Monday for the previous week.
- Overtime: Paid according to additional hours worked.
