PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories is a well-established pharmaceutical company in Indonesia, and we are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team in the Pekalongan and Purwokerto areas of Central Java. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in promoting our pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and pharmacy outlets, ensuring that healthcare providers have access to the information and products they need to serve their patients effectively.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to doctors and pharmacies to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Approach doctors and pharmacy owners or staff to promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products.
- Evaluate the realization of customer visits on a regular basis to ensure targets and coverage plans are met.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network with healthcare professionals and business partners in the assigned area.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to provide relevant feedback to the company.
- Prepare and submit visit reports and sales activity documentation in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to achieve collective sales targets and business objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education of D3 or D4 from any major.
- Maximum age of 30 years old.
- Open to all genders.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or sales; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different environments and customer personalities.
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Keen interest in establishing cooperation with various parties, including doctors, pharmacists, and business partners.
- Willing to be placed in Pekalongan or Purwokerto, Central Java.
- Working days: Monday to Saturday.
- Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00.
