Job Responsibilities
As a member of the Creative Team and Sales Staff, you will play a key role in driving store performance and customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Actively approaching and engaging potential customers to introduce Tridjaya Elektronik & Furniture products and promotional programs.
- Achieving individual and team sales targets set by store management.
- Supporting creative marketing activities, including in-store promotions, social media content, and local advertising initiatives.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Explaining product features, pricing, and financing programs, including the DP 0 scheme, clearly to customers.
- Coordinating with the store head and fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Reporting sales results and market feedback to supervisors on a regular basis.
- Maintaining store displays, cleanliness, and product availability in line with company standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in sales, marketing, or retail.

- Strong sales skills and a clear sales-oriented mindset.
- Good communication and speaking skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing sales needs and marketing tools.
- Proactive, initiative-driven, and able to work both independently and within a team.
- High integrity, discipline, and willingness to follow company instructions and culture.
- Strong motivation and determination to achieve targets.
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 20:00.
