Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Promoter, you will be the frontline representative of the brand, helping customers find the right electronic products while achieving sales targets. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Actively approaching and engaging customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Promoting and demonstrating electronic products to potential buyers.
- Providing accurate information about product features, specifications, pricing, and promotions.
- Driving sales and consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Monitoring stock availability and ensuring product displays are attractive and well-organized.
- Reporting daily sales activities and results to the supervisor.
- Collaborating with the store team to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this Sales Promoter position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Male, with a maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent, with a valid certificate/diploma.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales; experience in electronics sales is highly preferred.
- Honest, communicative, and loyal, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good sales analysis skills and the ability to sell effectively.
- Confident, friendly, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to be placed at Ufo Elektronik, Ponorogo.
