Job Responsibilities
As a Store Crew member, your daily tasks will revolve around customer service, sales support, and store maintenance. You will be expected to:
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all customers visiting the store.
- Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and assist them in locating products or understanding product features.
- Actively offer products and inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
- Process transactions accurately as a cashier, including handling cash, debit/credit cards, and other payment methods.
- Monitor the sales floor to prevent theft or loss of merchandise and report any suspicious activity to the supervisor.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store area, including shelves, display counters, and fitting rooms if applicable.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed and priced.
- Assist with inventory checks and report low-stock items to the store supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Open to all genders.
- Basic understanding of store management systems or willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work in a team.
- Willing to work according to the set schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
