SPX Express is hiring a Shift Lead Logistics to support its delivery operations in Colomadu, Kab. Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in logistics or supply chain who are ready to take on a supervisory position in a fast-paced parcel delivery environment. As a Shift Lead, you will oversee daily courier activities, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and help ensure that every package moves smoothly from pickup to final distribution.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and manage schedules for the parcel pickup process handled by couriers.
- Monitor delivery and pickup activities to ensure targets and service standards are met.
- Determine and adjust delivery and pickup zones for efficient route coverage.
- Oversee inbound and outbound processes, including coordination with third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
- Supervise the sorting and distribution of parcels by couriers throughout each shift.
- Handle operational issues that arise during the shift and escalate them when necessary.
- Maintain clear communication between couriers, sortation staff, and other related teams.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education of SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes.
- Willing and able to work in shifting schedules, Monday to Saturday, 09:30–18:30.
- Domiciled in or willing to be placed in Colomadu, Kab. Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay organized under pressure.
- Operational management skills to keep daily workflows running on time.
- Team leadership skills to guide, motivate, and coordinate couriers and operational staff.
