PT Indomobil Finance Indonesia is seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join its team as an Account Officer/Marketing for new two-wheel vehicles in Kupang. This field-based role is ideal for candidates who enjoy meeting people, building relationships with business partners, and working toward clear targets in the automotive financing industry. As part of a well-established multifinance company, you will play a key role in connecting customers with financing solutions for new motorcycles while representing the company professionally in the field.
Job Responsibilities
- Find and acquire new customers by approaching partner dealers of new two-wheel vehicles.
- Conduct surveys and verification of motorcycle credit applicants to assess eligibility and reduce financing risk.
- Maintain good and long-term relationships with customers, dealers, and related business partners.
- Support the marketing and sales process of motorcycle financing products in the Kupang area.
- Achieve individual and team targets set by the company.
- Prepare and submit accurate field reports and survey results in a timely manner.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent (all majors are welcome to apply).
- Maximum age of 32 years old.
- Open to all genders.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, or candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar field.
- Must own a personal vehicle and hold a valid SIM C (motorcycle driving license).
- Enjoys field work and is comfortable with a mobile, outdoor working environment.
- Able to work with targets and under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and good communication skills.
- Working days: Monday to Saturday.
- Working hours: 08:30 – 16:30.
