Anda Wellness is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing team. Job Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Gather and organize data and folders in Google Drive, Google Sheets, and other platforms; schedule appointments; and maintain marketing files.
- Market Research: Collect data, analyze trends, and prepare reports on marketing performance to support informed decision-making.
- Campaign Support: Assist with the execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Event Management: Help organize and coordinate marketing events, including collaborations, campaigns, and activities with partner brands.
- General Office Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the marketing team as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1).
- Maximum age of 35 years.
- Female candidates preferred, in line with the role’s requirements.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfortable communicating via chat.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Canva, ChatGPT, and similar tools.
- Ability to analyze data and support decision-making.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Fast learner with quick thinking skills and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Proficient in word processing software.
Work Schedule
This position follows a work schedule from Monday to Sunday, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
