SPX Express is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hub Lead to oversee logistics hub operations in Kec. Petasia (Kab. Morowali Utara) and Kec. Bungku Tengah (Morowali), Sulawesi Tengah. As a Hub Lead, you will play a critical role in managing daily hub activities, coordinating with multiple teams, and developing staff performance to maintain high operational standards. The position offers a competitive salary range of Rp 2,100,000 to Rp 5,500,000 per month, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 18:30.
Job Responsibilities
As a Hub Lead at SPX Express, your primary responsibility is to ensure that all shipments move smoothly and on time from pickup through to final delivery to the customer. You will be the key person coordinating between warehouse teams, line haul operations, and third-party logistics providers to keep everything running efficiently. Your daily tasks will include:
- Monitoring and ensuring timely delivery of goods from pickup through to customer delivery
- Coordinating with Warehouse, Line Haul, and 3PL teams regarding shipment movements
- Safeguarding every shipment to minimize the risk of lost or damaged packages
- Monitoring all transactions and activities within the hub
- Supervising inbound and outbound operational activities
- Training and developing the performance of hub staff
- Applying FIFO (First In, First Out) methods to maintain proper inventory rotation
- Analyzing logistics costs and identifying opportunities for operational improvement
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel for reporting, data tracking, and performance monitoring
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a combination of educational background, hands-on logistics experience, and strong leadership capabilities. SPX Express values professionals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing complex operational workflows. The following qualifications are required:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Coordinator, specifically in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Experience in Last Mile and/or First Mile operations
- Solid understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong team leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of FIFO methodology
- Ability to analyze logistics costs and perform logistics mapping
- Must be domiciled in or willing to be placed in Kec. Petasia (Kab. Morowali Utara) and Kec. Bungku Tengah (Morowali), Sulawesi Tengah
