PT Padma Raharja Sentosa is currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Collection Team Leader. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced collection supervisor who is ready to take on a leadership role in managing field collection operations. As a Collection Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of recovery collectors, developing effective collection strategies, and ensuring that all collection activities are carried out in compliance with company SOPs and applicable OJK and AFPI regulations. Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of recovery collectors / field collectors in conducting debt collection activities with debtors.
- Develop and implement collection strategies to achieve targets set by the company.
- Monitor daily activities of the collection team, including field visits, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations for team members.
- Take full responsibility for the overall achievement of the team’s collection targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for superiors regarding progress and field challenges.
- Coordinate with the legal department or third parties when necessary, such as for legal proceedings or asset recovery.
- Ensure that all collection practices adhere to the company’s SOP and comply with OJK and AFPI regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education of D3 or equivalent (D4 is preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in the collection field.
- Strong understanding of collection processes and strategies for difficult cases, including write-off, fraud, and non-performing loans.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Assertive, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
- Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license (SIM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and collection reporting systems.

Work Environment and Schedule
This position follows a Monday to Friday work schedule from 08:30 to 17:30. As a Collection Team Leader, you will spend time both in the office coordinating your team and in the field overseeing collection activities. The role requires regular interaction with field collectors, debtors, and other departments, making strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for success.
What We Offer
PT Padma Raharja Sentosa offers a competitive salary ranging from IDR 5,300,000 to IDR 8,000,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
