Job Responsibilities
As a Security Guard at Konter Bos Kechil Cell, your daily duties will focus on protecting the store, its merchandise, and everyone within the premises. You will be expected to remain alert at all times and respond appropriately to any security-related situations.
- Monitor the entrance and exit areas to prevent theft, unauthorized access, and other security risks.
- Conduct regular patrols around the store to ensure the safety of the premises and its assets.
- Assist customers and staff in a polite and professional manner, providing directions or information when needed.
- Report any suspicious activities, incidents, or irregularities to the store manager immediately.
- Ensure that all security equipment and systems are functioning properly and report any malfunctions.
- Support store management in enforcing company policies and maintaining order within the store.
- Be prepared to work in shifts as assigned by the management, including weekends and public holidays if required.
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong personal integrity and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. The following qualifications are required for this position:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (bachelor’s degree holders are also welcome to apply).
- Honest, disciplined, polite, and responsible attitude.
- Willing to work in shifts, including morning, afternoon, and possibly night shifts.
- Not currently enrolled in college or bound by other employment commitments.
- Single candidates are preferred.
- Presentable appearance and good physical condition.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of store management systems is an advantage.
