PT Valdo Sumber Daya Mandiri is currently seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Sales Motor Baru (CMO). This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about the automotive industry and enjoy working directly with customers to help them find the right new motorcycle. As a Sales Motor Baru, you will play a key role in driving sales, building customer trust, and ensuring a smooth purchasing experience from the first inquiry through to credit approval. Job Responsibilities
- Conduct field surveys to verify the validity of customer data and documents.
- Assess customer financial capacity and repayment ability to prevent potential credit defaults.
- Input credit application data and monitor the status of each application until approval is obtained.
- Approach potential customers and promote new motorcycle products in line with company targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, dealers, and related partners.
- Explain product specifications, pricing, and financing options clearly to prospective buyers.
- Support the sales process from initial consultation to closing and after-sales follow-up.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree).
- Open to all genders.
- No maximum age limit.
- Minimum 0 years of experience — fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Willing to conduct field surveys and work on-site as required.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze customer financial data accurately.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic administrative and data entry skills.
