Job Responsibilities
As an IT Support Technician at Fahasa Net, your primary focus will be on maintaining network connectivity and providing technical support. Your daily tasks will include:
- Monitoring and maintaining the company’s internet network to ensure consistent uptime and performance.
- Handling basic troubleshooting for network issues, including connectivity problems and hardware checks.
- Providing technical support to customers regarding internet installations and service inquiries.
- Assisting senior technicians with the installation and configuration of network equipment.
- Performing routine maintenance on computer hardware and network infrastructure.
- Documenting technical issues and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK/Sederajat (High School/Vocational High School). A background in SMK TKJ (Computer and Network Engineering) is highly preferred.
- Gender: Male.
- Location: Must be domiciled in Kudus.
- Experience: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of internet networks and networking principles.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, honesty, and a hardworking attitude.
