Job Responsibilities
As an Office Boy at Ikan Goreng Cianjur, your daily tasks will focus on keeping the workplace clean, tidy, and well-organized. You will support various departments and help create a comfortable environment for everyone. Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of offices, work areas, and common spaces
- Sweeping, mopping, and ensuring floors are free from dirt and debris
- Emptying trash bins and managing waste disposal properly
- Assisting with basic office errands, such as delivering documents or items within the workplace
- Helping to prepare and serve refreshments for staff or guests when needed
- Supporting other team members with light physical tasks as required
- Reporting any maintenance or cleanliness issues to the supervisor
- Ensuring cleaning supplies are used efficiently and stored properly
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this Office Boy position, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications. We welcome applicants with little to no formal work experience, as on-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Male, aged between 18 and 30 years old
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent
- Previous work experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Basic knowledge of cleanliness management and hygiene standards
- Physically fit and able to perform light manual tasks
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good time management and punctuality
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 17:00
Work Schedule and Environment
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 17:00. You will be based at our operational location and will work closely with a supportive team. The environment is fast-paced during peak hours, especially in a food business setting, so the ability to stay organized and calm under pressure is valued.
